Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 100 credits a month (about 5 AI actions per working day), with no credit card required. New accounts also get a 14-day trial of the advanced features.
What is a credit?
One credit = one AI action: manual use (writing an email, creating a template, Ask Scribarius) or automation. A single email can use several. Credits renew every month, without carry-over. Premium and Business are unlimited.
Are there discounts for annual subscriptions or large teams?
Yes, a 25% discount is applied by default for annual payments. Additional discounts may be granted for volume (from 10 users) or through occasional promotional codes.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel from the app at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: monthly plans have no commitment, annual plans run for 12 months. Your data stays accessible on the Free plan.
Which plan should I choose?
Free covers occasional use. Pro (500 credits a month) suits a professional who handles email every day. Premium removes all credit limits and adds Ask Scribarius and priority support. Business is for teams that need a shared workspace, administration and custom integrations, with pricing tailored to the team.
